Tonight, I made some veggie fried rice with garlic broiled chicken



Rice
jasmine rice, lima beans, green beans, carrots, corn, eggs, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, veggie oil

Garlic Broiled Chicken
chicken thighs, butter, dried parsley, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper

I picked up a basket sweet 'n juicy campari tomatoes earlier this week at the local farmer's market. I've cooked tomato dishes every single day this week because they're very ripe. It'll only be a few more days before they turn into mush.

For lunch, I made..

Fusili pasta with light mayo dressing and this.


Bitter melon and tomato soup


Teriyaki stir fried mushrooms, tomatos, eggplant and green onions
